My account has been banned please tell me the reason, thank you
My CHARACTER：Chinabanku
"Chinabanku" is my another character using for storing some materials but also banned. The only trade is just receive 10g from "Srylexacuu" for bank slots. Please help me check it as well.

Your account has never been banned.
Chances are that you (or someone else with the same IP address) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password. This causes a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try to log in again, or if you cannot remember the password, you can reset it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

Although I snipped it from your post, I was able to determine that it was a different character name. The character name is Chinabankuu, on the PvP realm.
I'll look into this ban and get back to you.
