Account banned? IP-Lock? I'm angry and confused...

Hey GM-Team, here is my problem listed below

Ingame: "The information you have entered is not valid."
Website: "Login failed. Bad credentilas."

Charname: Zneedlfordot
Realm: Nostalrius PvE Begins

Already resetted my password twice and waited 60+ minutes until i tried to login again.

Didn't sell gold or got any third-party service delivered.

Please unlock my Account, need to finish my Ony-Pre until Wednesday

Your account is no banned.

Make sure you try to log in using the game client before going back to the website and logging in there. The website will only allow you to log in from the last IP address that your game client used.

Also note that you might need to remove the country IP lock on the account. This is done using the password change process.
