Unable to receive transfer token

Greetings, I am having issues with transferring my account with the token generator.

I have confirmed my account name and password by logging into the Vanilla client. As a method to verify my information is correct, I have tried to make an account with my email, and a different account with my username. Both were unable to be made because they were both individually in use already (by me, but I did this to eliminate the possibility that I had the wrong information).

I am unsure at this point what else I can do.. would appreciate any feedback I can get.
