Cant get token\account tranfer problem

(I copy my post from elysium forum, since on elysium forum still no answer)

Hello, not sure if i am posting under right forum section but that what i got:

i got troubles transferring my accounts to elysium:

1)i successfully transfer 1 of my account

2)i tried to transfer 2nd account but it says token already used!
So i restored that account and now i got some weird random generated login, can i merge chars back to my normal(old) account login?

3) i am not sure, but probably i had 2 nost accounts on the same email:
when i am trying to sent token with 2nd account(that i restored and got weird login now) it sending token fine

but when i trying to set account name to my 3rd account name + that email it says(on nost token sending website):
"This account is permanently banned and cannot be recovered. No ban request will be considered from now by Nostalrius team, and thus there is no way to transfer this account."

I did nothing and i even log in at that account at last day of shut down as i remember.

i got characters name on that 3rd of my accounts and account name but not sure about email can you help me?

Bump and also my problem in short:

When i trying to get token for account: strog1 it says that this account was banned
I cant get reason why i was banned and also i remember i log in at last day of nost before shutdown so that confuses me alot

tell me if i need provide more details via pm or there
