Tier is looking to build a conglomerate with your guild!
What does this mean?
We would like to speak with your leadership in depth and assimilate your members into a joint partnership under the [Tier] banner.
Why is this a good choice?
As of right now, the guild is growing rapidly and lacks leadership. That being said, we are in need of many leaders like.... Council members, Class leaders, Utility officers, Moderators and Developers.
This is opportunity to forfeit no leadership and join the core with us in order to raid. After speaking with Demonic, you will realize that after the rigorous process of entering this Union under our banner that there is no risk. The current Council rank encompasses the GM as well, meaning no one sees who GM is. Power is equal within the council and collectivism is key.
But my guild just entered MC, why should we not demand you join under our name or a new name?
Bluntly put, none of the council, officers, or members are interested in this option.
These guilds have always been a formidable opponent to top guilds.
We are confident that without a merger into us, that we would find the members in a matter of days and down the content carrying half the raid anyway, so it essentially a courtesy and, more importantly, a good opportunity for content that is actually challenging like the end of AQ and Naxx.
Ok, well what is your raid schedule and loot system?
3 or 4 am. This can be extended or reduced by one day depending on necessary action for the upcoming raid week.
We, together, will run a Loot Council. Your leadership will be implemented into this council in one of 3 ways that I will discuss with inquiring guild leadership upon said inquiry.
