Any late night NA guilds?

I'm looking to raid on my warrior when I hit 60 (preferably prot, but can also dps). I need something that starts at 11:00 pm CST (6:00 am server).

The Euro guilds I've seen raid during midday/early afternoon my time, which I can't make.
