Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello,

I've played since the beta days of classic wow through current retail content. I played, mastered, and raided religiously (and exclusively) on a mage during classic retail and have some experience with all other classes through the various expansions. While I've enjoyed touring the content and raids in the expansions, the original game is where my heart is and I want to do it all over again.

With that said, I don't know a single person here and would like to level up in a community - preferably one where I can grow into a raiding role eventually so that I can get to know folks and the guild dynamics over time. I am looking for:

[1] A guild that will be (or will try to be) on the cutting edge of content as it is released

[2] A guild with at least a somewhat social atmosphere in guild chat, etc

[3] A more adult-oriented guild, preferably with a sense of a humor. Not interested in G-rated situations.

[4] A guild that puts PvE first, but which has members interested in the occasional (or regular) after-hours faceroll of a battleground

[5] A guild that by and large recruits and fields a raid team of players like me - serious, punctual, etc.

[6] Not a deal breaker, but would prefer a guild that uses some form of loot council as opposed to a point/buy system

If this sounds like your guild and you are willing to take a chance on someone now for an eventual payoff later, here's what I can bring to the table:

[1] I can level any class your guild may need and invest the time and energy needed to play it to perfection. I can guarantee guild-best/server-best caliber DPS as a mage, and would prefer to play range dps in general, but I can make anything work if you have a particular need!

[2] I've seen and understand every vanilla encounter. I've been on the bleeding edge of content in vanilla and BC, I've raided casually, and everything in between. I will be on time to every raid, won't stand in fire, and won't vanish when it is time for progression nights

[3] I bring pots, oils and other consumables to raids. I farm if needed. Help others. Generally go the extra mile.
