[Tier] US Raiding guild LF Recruites and Officers.

Tier is in its very last stages of finalizing its core for PVE progression. Current raid times will be 3 or 4 am server (9 or 10 EST) and we reserve a ne weekday tbd for farming. We are currently in need of:
Hunters > Healers > casters > swing tanks > melee dps > rogues
We are recruiting all classes that are 55+ with experience at the moment however competition amongst warriors and rogues is very high.
We are a crude but efficient and highly ambitious guild. I would go on about the history of our current members and accomplishments but apparently everyone claims to have cleared Naxx on this server so the text would be wasted. I can assure you that this guild will launch into a formidable position within the raiding community once we pick up a few reliable hunters, healers and casters.
We have been approached by going on 5 guilds now about mergers and I would like to say that we will listen to you but unless our guild absorbs the inquiring guild with appropriate accommodations, and raids times are barely altered, we are not interested in he least. We do have a lot of room for our council and class leader positions due to all members still being on a trial including those who retooled with on
Before you inquire with us!!! Please give us a short description of experience and abilities that give us a reason to recruit you. We do not care about you BiS gear, we want to see you farm it in 48 hours or farm others in that time. We do not care about your world first KT with nihilim, DnT, or any of the other guilds everyone claims to associate with. YOU will tell us your qualities and alleged experience BREIFLY. We will evaluate the rest.
Little bit about recruiting process:
You will be a tryout upon acceptance. This does NOT affect you chances at loot during raids, but means you will be monitored by officers on skill, knowledge and adaptability / compatibility.
Our website is not running at the moment ( WE ARE LOOKING FOR WEB DEVS ) Web and VOIP mods get a special rank in guild. That being said you can apply by messaging one of our officers or aspiring officers.
You will be either chatted with in game and then invite to guild. You are expected to come to some runs with us outside of raiding like UBRS, live strat orb farming, etc etc. A Moderator, Officer, or Council member will accompany the group and access your conduct.
WE ARE ACCEPTING OFFICER APPLICATIONS.
about aspiring officers: you will need to list a skill useful to guild, group building, building Pre-Made PVP groups, class leading, web dev, no lifer on vent and making account for people, or anything that you think sets you in a leadership position.
You will be required to preform these duties for a short period of time and show proof of success to an officer.
If successful you will be given a Moderator rank. ( this is a utility officer rank ) if you preform these abilities and contribute more, you may find a sponsor to recommend you for further advancement.
