Problem with inviting people to guild

So lately i have been having some bugs when trying to invite new people to the guild, they see the message, they accept it but then nothing happens, and if i try to invite them again it says "Player has already been invited to a guild". We both tried to log out but nothing changed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
