CRAZE (H)- Aiming Hardcore

Horde guild on Nostalrius, looking for a lot of players who's willing to level up to 60 and start progress in the 40 man raids! We will raid 2 days a week to start with, if we see that we lack the right people it will result in more raids and a bigger recruiting, otherwise we will keep it. Out goal is to hit server 1st.

Any more info? Who will be the raid leader? What experience do they have? Loot systems, schedules, recruitment, website?
Seems rather silly to say 'aiming for realm 1st, but if we don't get enough people we wont try.'
