No, they said 3 weeks ago that they'd make an announcement in "a few weeks". We're still waiting.

Hopefully it won't be too long after the announcement for release.

Honestly the hardware part is whats going to be the issue. They need time to get that all sorted out.
And the actual server software they could easily take the PVP server and strip out all the Accounts and change it to PVE and release it.

I think they are afraid to announce a release date because there is a competitor also planning to release a Vanilla PvE server soon. If Nost announces a date, the other server will likely release sooner, and steal away a lot of potential players.

So maybe they will just try to ninja release

Stormrage isn't going to announce their date anytime soon. If and when they do, it will be shortly before they go live. They have learned from Krono's and it appears they have a plan.

Also, I doubt Nost even cares about Stormrage. They have the population and hold all the cards. They have a PvP server they need to stabilize before the PvE server is even opened to maintain this.

but is the competitor even.... well, competitive with server end stuff? boss scripting, bugs ect

for me quality far outweighs release date, and even though the server has been unstable lately, Ive been pretty happy with the apparent dedication of the dev team to stomp the bugs

ofc, if nost PvE ended up empty because everyone else left...empty servers are no fun

personally I expect Nost PvE will be up first, and the queue times are going to be murder xD
