What do you mean by "helps him level"? They play the character for him when he cant? They help him by mob tagging? Kind of a vague statement.

Because if you turn the cheek and let players just start ignoring rules, where do you draw the line? Pull your head out. There are either rules or there aren't, and they need to enforce them.
