Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Just had an awesome experience in Stonetalon mountains and had to share it. So I had died a few times trying to solo bloodfury ripper for the quest bloodfury bloodline as a 28 orc shammy, and it was late at night so I was about to give up. But in the distance I saw a character, but alas it was a human female priest, named Canitank, so I figured I was out of luck.

But as I ran closer I /pointed at her, then /pointed at Bloodfury ripper several times. She /nodded, and we both began running and taking out adds together until we got to Bloodfury. I threw a lightning bolt at the crazed harpy, and we both started wailing on her. I was taking too much damage to heal through and succumbed to my wounds, but the harpy was almost dead! Canitank only had 23 hit points left, she bubbled and smited the last breath from the vile harpy. I watched from my corpse as the Bloodfury ripper fell to the ground defeated.

As I frantically ran back to my body before the corpse of the harpy disappeared, I saw Canitank just over the hill and I /cheered, /hugged and /thanked her profusely, then proceeded to dance with her. And she laughed and clapped excitedly for me. We waved goodbye and I ran off as a ghost wolf with a smile on face.

I don't know if something like this could happen on the pvp server, but it was an awesome experience and I'm still smiling over it. Thank you Canitank, Lok'tar!

Indeed, this community is awesome. I have noticed we have a lot of people from different projects while the majority of the feenix trolls seem to have stayed on the pvp server.

Indeed I've had similar experiences with allies helping me out on some quests after communicating with emotes. Also try to be nice myself and pull mobs off anyone I see dying.

I've seen people complaining about the community all the time.
Just some time ago. i saw a hordie around Un'goro crater dat wanted to kill the elite on top of the Fire Plume Ridge, dat one that spawns at cave entrance.
I also needed it. i asked a guildie for help. he helped me. when i was leaving i created a horde char and told him i was that fella also there and asked him if he needed help.
He replied to me in the end saying "yes" (to the recently horde char i created) and i gladly helped him.
He later thanked me.

Feels good to help not only alliance members butt also horde members =)
