Iirc it's about 6 bars per 24 hours, so 5 days.

You gain 10% rested XP per day, with a cap of 150% rested XP or 15 days.

Yeah but how long would that take just standing out in the world somewhere? What if you're sitting in an inn? What about in town but not an inn?
