I suggest you go back and read our Terms of Use (which you agreed to when you made an account on Nostalrius):

"When communicating with other users, you may not:
...
Participate in any action that, in the sole and absolute discretion of Nostalrius staff, results or may result in a player being "scammed" or defrauded out of currency or any other items the user has earned.
..."

You broke the rules and, with all those who break the rules of the server, received your due punishment.
