After posting a ticket I was told to "be more careful" when putting things for sale and that an investigation is going on against the player. So after some time i saw he is still logged in, whispered him and got told that he wasnt botting but using an "addon that displays low prices"(apparently what he told the game master) but he was not banned nor will be as it seems, and was told to ignore me for spamming him lol.So now I am without pretty much all the gold that I had, there will be no refund because "it is against server policy" but I guess "addons" that buy stuff arent. Very helpful and supportive indeed, thank you game masters. So if the people u scammed start spamming you just ignore them and continue using your awesome addon, cheers!
I told you I was not a bot. Yet you still opened at ticket. I also told you I was discussing things with a GM regarding the legality of an add-on. So now you come to the forums to whine even though you were told by a GM that it is being taken care of?
Once an item is placed on the auction house, it is free game.
You accept this risk when putting an item up for
any reason-- whether this be an accident and posted for a lower value than intended, or simply to transfer the item between factions. (which I believe is frowned upon, at least on retail it was (before they removed the neutral AH))
What you really want is the ability to transfer said item across the neutral AH without hang up. Well, transferring items is not a protected thing, nor will it ever. The GM team is not here to hold your hand, they are here to find solutions to real problems, and keep the server as authenticate as possible. Not to help you transfer items via the neutral auction house.
You also forgot to mention how you spammed me on one account with racist remarks and insults, was ignored, then spammed me on another.
