Help with Magic Dust quest

So at 50, I got a quest called Magecraft to go to Azshara to speak with Archmage Xylem, when I go to his tower, Questie tells me that he has a quest called Magic Dust, I look it up and it's apparently a chain that gets you good loot at the end. When I enter the tower and go try to talk to him, I just get poke dialogue, can't interact with him at all, I'm the appropriate level for Magic Dust, I just don't know what's going on.

This is on the bug tracker at: https://report.nostalrius.org/plugins/tracker/?aid=2822 The inital response was that it would be added in patch 1.7, as intended, and marked as invalid. It seems it was overlooked on patch release. Have you completed the quest "Magecraft"? If so add a new bug to the tracker located at: https://en.nostalrius.org/bugtracker

Yes I have. It's the whole reason why I'm there. I finished it then went up to talk to Archmage, only to find out it didn't work.
