Combat Bug, Am I the only one with this problem?

Hello,

I am a leveling warlock, and use multiple addons to contribute to my gameplay. One of the addons that brought me a problem was Bartender2. Spells on my action bar would lock up, and I would be unable to use a keybind or click on the portrait shown on the bar to perform my spell. The way to temporarily fix this problem, was to open up my spellbook, cast a spell, and the glitch would fix itself until running into it about 2 minutes later. I thought it was a problem with the addon, so I downloaded Bongos. This worked fine for about 20 minutes, and I ran into the problem yet again. I deleted all addons affecting my actionbar, and used the default blizzard actionbar. I am still running into the problem, which brings me to believe that this may be a bug on the server. If anyone else is experiencing this issue or something similar to this, please reply so that I can confirm my assumption and report the bug to Nostalrius.

Edit : Been messing around with some commands when I come into the error, and I've found that 90% of the time the problem is caused due to an interrupted cast. Example : I cast Shadow Bolt and move to cancel the cast, it will trigger the glitch. Or a stun/silence/interrupt.
