vanilla gear build website

is there a website that allows you to setup a character, put on specific gear, weapons, and enchants to see what the outcome would be (stats wise)

i think the old wow armory was able to do something like that, dont know of any 3rd party ones that had the same kind of setup

realmplayers character designer does this (all you need is the item / enchant IDs)

When I try to view my character profile it doesn't seem to work... Seems realmplayers has issues with special characters or is it something else?
