Hmm.. corpse runs in enemy territory

by Simonich » Thu Jan 14, 2016 7:53 pm

When horde dies in dun morogh, they spawn as ghosts in kharanos. Just like how when alliance die in durotar they spawn as ghosts in razor hills. The main towns of the first zones.

But why when horde dies in elwynn/stormwind, they spawn in eastvale logging camp to the faaar east rather just in goldshire, as it would be normal and similiar? Hell its a painful run.

Im soon about to startbsome sort of pvp-oriented lvling expedition where i summon low lvl hordes in elwynn to lvl and do various tasks while disrupting alliance. However, as the graveyard for horde is in some other camp to the far side of the map, and not to the middle of the map as the main towns are, i might as well change plans and limit them to one side of elwynn, as dying anywhere else would be painful.

But thats not the point ofcourse. I can recall both razor hill and sel'jin town in durotar having healer spirits usable by both alliance and horde. What do you think?

Spawning at Eastvale is correct, I remember from TBC.

Occupying the right side of Elwynn is a smart thing to do. While lowbies get there to do quests not many lvl 60s come that far and visit the area, that makes it safer and more 'gang free'.

People can easily go into Redridge Mountains when they've attained the right level, you can also summon characters from lvl 15-20 and sent them loose into Redridge Mountains, this way you can have a ton of low lvl pvp.

Im thinking of occupying right side of elwynn and make it for lvl 6-14 plenty of lvl 10 npcs will be good till lvl 14, no? Just as they reach that they will move towards redridge. In groups always, as things are getting heated. Lvl 60 horde patrols will be around. Redridge is a lvl 15-25 zone, so they could stay till up to lvl 29, while downing alliance on sight on the way.
