11k players, good chunk are Chinese

This is getting ridiculous, NPC's are not loading and they are flooding the low level zones making questing impossible. They seriously need to open a cloned server for the Chinese to connect to and disable connections from China to the Main servers. They get to talk to each other openly, we get to be able to play the game..
