Can't kill Ribbly more then once in BRD ? I remember on live once you have done the quest you could talk to him, well more like insult him, and he will attack. This option was added in later patches ?

I have killed him many times.
¨That being said i'm never the one to talk to him since i'm a mage:P

Yes, what i mean, atm, he can only be killed if someone in your group have the quest. And i'm sure you were able to "aggro" him once the quest was done in retail.
