what is the different between using a bot and farming all day long? its looks nearly the same or not?
is farming not allowed? and how see the GMs that someone is farming or botting?

Bot behavior is not typically hard to notice. It's precise, regular, efficient, and responds poorly to abnormalities.
People on the other hand, are imprecise, irregular, and inefficient and respond better to abnormalities.

All of this is on a scale/spectrum, it's usually not difficult to separate them.
