Is OP mentally challenged?

BC was Vanilla+.

BC brought more spec viability, leveling was less of a chore, gear was more varied and interesting, the progression path was more direct with a thought out design intention to be more engaging.
All raids were enjoyed or loved, there wasn't a bad instance.

WotLK was the great homogenisation, but it was fucking good, The best 2 raids in the game were in this expansion, not to mention Sarth3d which was incredibly fun, not to mention we finished the 'warcraft' story and everything afterwards was pretty much unexplored story.

Cata was pretty good also, its just a same that they removed abyssal maw and dragonsoul was an absolute flop.

WoTLK > BC > Vanilla > Cata > MoP > WoD.

I completed just about every single boss while it was in the current raid tier.

Vanilla upto 1/15 naxx (killed most of AQ after naxx release), which is pretty much why im here.
TBC upto Entropius (4/6 Sunwell), everything after this point (up until i went super casual) was killed on curve on the hardest difficulty, including a bunch of realm firsts, including realm first priest (80 and 85), northrend vanguard, deaths demise and light dawn.
Also several duelists.

So if you think retail makes a player worse, id really like to know how fruitful your experiance was that makes you so much better for playing on a private server where you're burdened with leveling guides and full knowledge of boss abilities, what are the most viable classes, raid compositions and in general 'optimal play'.

10 facts that people said "i played vanilla" but in fact they lie and they never played.
Ask them this 10 questions :

1- what was the function of meeting stones in vanilla ?
2- how did seal of righteousness work in vanilla ?
3- what was famous world pvp zone ?
4- what spec was played mostly by priests ?
5- what was the famous meme for hunters ?
6- what was called paladins in vanilla ?
7- where was leeroy jenkins event recorded ?
8- how was the weather in vanilla ?
9- which mob was called chuk norris and where he stood ?
10- what was most cheating spot to kill world bosses ?

if they don't know at least 6 answers .. they never played vanilla and they have no idea what it used to be in vanilla.

1. I don't know, because I was in a guild from the start and never used them. They were not summoning stones though.

2. I don't know, because I didn't play a paladin before they became available for horde. Researching every other class and their ability wasn't my top priority.

3. Can't be sure, because I played on a PVE realm (believe it or not, they existed in vanilla too), but the places where I encountered world PVP were Hillsbrad, Ashenvale and Duskwood.

4. I played holy, and so did all the other priests in my guild.

5. HUNTAR WEPON.

6. Clothadin.

7. UBRS egg room. How is this even a question about vanilla? You have to do it in the same place to get the achievement in retail wow.

8. Depends on which patch?

9. I have no idea? The only relation I have to Chuck Norris in vanilla is the Barrens chat.

10. I don't know. We killed all the world bosses in their various spawn locations. I know you were able to kite Kazzak and Azuregos to main cities.

Oh it looks like I failed your vanilla test

I agree with most of your post with exception to BC raids being enjoyed. In vanilla, my guild full cleared all the way through Naxx. I was 7/9 Faith (priest t3) and had Atiesh. But BC raiding absolutely killed anything I liked about raiding. Karazhan was fun, Black Temple was good, Magtheridon was just an annoying fight. Gruul was brutal pre-nerf and a loot pinata post-nerf. SSC was the biggest shitpile of an instance I ever walked into. I hated that zone so much (I did like the 5 mans in the same zone though). Tempest Keep was better, but still awful. I quit raiding after we killed Reliquary of Souls in BT, so I never saw Illidan or Sunwell. With the number of people who quit raiding in my guild by the end of BT, I had to have some people agree with me. By the time they were in Sunwell, there was at least 75% turnover.

ICC and Ulduar made me forget about how much I hated TBC raiding. Those zones were phenomenal.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume your little list of questions is some kind of joke. But then you also made a completely new thread for it, so I dunno. Anyone could google the answers to the questions. I didn't, but I also haven't played vanilla for 10 years. Remembering how ability x worked for a class one didn't even play is a beyond stupid "test".

HOWEVER, my Benediction begs to disagree with your assessment.
