Nostalrius is Last Remaining Blizzlike Vanilla Server

Wow, another minimal-post 7X FUNSERVER shill. You nabs will do anything to avoid playing on your server, won't you?

Seriously, just go back to your server and let us celebrate ours. We love our Blizzlike content and want to play Vanilla as it was intended. If you want to play on your funserver, that's great, but quit trying to legitimize it by trashing our great Blizzlike Vanilla server.

The amount of fanboyism is ludicrous. The only achievement i give Nost is that they run the server with a ridiculous amount of people - that's really something, while it also causes the server to be a lagging piece of s.... (playing before the hardware update was the worst and i for one stopped playing here at lvl 40 until at least that was fixed.)

Kronos deserves the attention and I hope they can get to 2-3k Online Peaks; It would be beneficial to both Nostalrius(...or well the players) and Kronos if they do well.
Nostalrius Propaganda machine never ceases to amaze though, with the (rushed) patch 1.8 trailer coming up right after their announcement.

Anyway I hate leveling, I checked out Kronos before and it feels like you wake up sober after being drunk on Nostalrius all the time. Truly, the reaction times are a thing of beauty and if they can maintain that, it should be the choice for any PvP player. (As we are being silenced/ignored when we ask for urgent fixes here).

I agree with arOo, too much fanboyism on this thread (and keep your go check somewhere else for yourself), even if I'll never play on kronos or any others because after nost I'm really done with vanilla I think it's always good for us the users/customers when there is some competition going on. To use common names would you like not being able to choose between AMD and NVIDIA ? Hell no, competition is what drives both and what brings us crazy stuff every years, same goes with private servers, without competition they would just sit and relax because anyway you have nowhere else to go so stfu and play... Even if you don't like the other choice it makes your life better and it works with a lot of stuff

As i said previously, Nost lost to many time to optimized their server to make this playable for 10k+ ppl + the progress patch / patch.. i dont blame their for that but they seem dont have time to fix some major pvp bug.

Remember Emerald Dream server : we feel laggy @2k population. I really hope Kronos will be not laggy during their *7 xp month or they will loose credibility

Considering 13:19 that use spell delay to lock eachother at the same time. I've only seen that on corecraft so far. That shit is amazing

I do hope this server remains Vanilla for at least a few years.

I'm here because I want a vanilla experience, if I wanted a TBC+ experience I'd play retail.

As a reminder, don't forget that behind a private server project, there are humans. These people try their best to make their project go fine and to reach the goals they fixed themselves in the beginning of their work.

We think that everyone should at least acknowledge that, and thank every private server team that disappeared or still exists; because these people spent or are spending their time, trying to offer a fun environment and good memories on a project they believe in. We should all try to be open minded with others work, even if players don't necessarily like the same project.

Our team may not have the same objectives as others, and some players may not understand that but for us, Private server community's satisfaction is our only goal.

Please do not bash/flame other private servers, it's only polite. In the same vein, please do not bother to post here if your only purpose is to flamebait/troll other users and/or bash/flame Nostalrius. No server project is perfect and at the end of the day, we're all here to enjoy a video game we love.
