Now now, we've all been new at some point.

abcnyman1, for enchanting purposes (and this also works with the armor kits from leatherworking), you can use the bottom slot in the trade window that says "Will not be traded". This is also the only method of having someone else enchant your Soulbound items. As other player stated, many enchanters give out free enchants, especially at low- and mid-levels, as they are training their enchanting skill.
