Well, if it worked on the PvP as it does on the PvE server, it didn't drop for the first about 4-5 months, since it wasn't on the loottable yet.

It's strange because it seems like some guilds repeatedly see the same items in their runs while other guilds absolutely NEVER see those drops occur.
