Now i opened that Post to get insight and information and converse with my fellow players and clearly stated it wasn't aimed at the GM's or Nostalrius staff it' just a Post to discuss what happened between Fellow players like myself I see no reason for the GM to post and lock the thread to be honest i have said It wasn't aimed to be aggressive against Anyone nor aim to accuse the staff of any wrongdoing...

And then i get this reply and it locks the thread

You can't because we trace where the gold came from. It doesn't just appear from thin air.

As for the OP, we've had players make a GM ticket asking about this exact scenario before and the answer is and has always been the same: "Don't touch it, return to sender, give us his name".

Which easily mean my situation has happened to other players but i assume more experienced players who contacted GM's about it rather than looting the gold Like really...

You have just said that SUCH things do happen and i fail to see why lock the thread as to not give us players any chance to reply i contacted 2 gm's in PM's they just didn't want to re-pm back i assume to huge Workloads
But then again i did mention this is just me conversing with Fellow players and asked to please not lock the thread I understand this is a free project and people volunteering but please That does not mean to treat me like an unequal human being or second class citizen Please do consider that we are humans with feelings
After i accepted that i will not get my account back and just wanted to converse about the issue i get this treatment for no reason.

And seriously if you admit that such things happen and I assume experienced players do contact the GM about such things do UPDATE the ToU tell us there is suspicious resources in the game such as random gold being sent to players or may i add the Silithus Miners ?

A Message to the GM's Team : I have been volunteering for animal rescue and aiding organization where i am from even though we are volunteers we TOLD that just because we are not being paid it doesn't mean to be sloppy ( not saying the GM team is sloppy) and not being paid is no reason for mistakes nor cruelty to living-beings or breaking the law in order to help the animals.

That being said Do unlock the other thread and since you admit such things happen IT just give me unnecessary hope after giving up on the issue that i do deserve another chance for not doing anything wrong.

There is no way for us to find out if you're lying or not. You took the gold. Maybe it was your cousin and this is all a horrible misunderstand. Or maybe this is one of the more elaborate scams yet for a player to get their account back after breaking the rules. If we now take you up on good faith, tomorrow we will fifty threads claiming that the gold mailed to them was also an accident and they didn't actually buy gold at all. Uniform rules, no exceptions.

Your suggestion that we add a line about this in the ToU is a good one and we'll consider it.
