Classic Warcraft progression now nost is gone?

I'm bookmarking the linked page and I thank you for bringing this project to my attention. Only thing I don't understand is what makes this other project different from Nost in terms of possibility to be shut down by Blizz? Sorry if I missed anything related to that.

I think ClassicWarcraft will be really great once released, they have the same way of working Nostalrius had, but they are not releasing soon. Even with the possible speed up they are gonna get with Nostalrius source code.

I'm actually grateful Classic Warcraft isn't launching at the moment. I really need a breather after this Nostalrius shutdown. Then start fresh and renewed when they launch.

Thanks for the info. It honestly still sounds too good to be true even if it's deep into development. I'll be looking into this project. Thanks again for the info!

I think Russia and Sweden is safe too? I'm not sure, need to research this subject more.

Sweden is NOT safe. Look at the piratebay owners, they got jailed. Same goes with a lot of different small torrenting sites, streaming sites etc. that broke copyright laws. That's the same law that nostalrius was breaking and any other emulator server will break.
