GMs do not interfere as this is a case of account security. Your account name and password were compromised somehow. It's your fault.

Never use your in-game name for your account name.

Since you have no idea how to secure your account, you got hacked and lost your gold. GM's cannot do anything about this, since this is your own damn fault.

Even worse: If his account is compromised, he also risk a perma-ban from the GM's. So not only did he lose 1K gold, he might lose his entire account - and all because he gave sheit for security, but picked same username, same account name and same ingame name: a sitting duck for hackers.
