Ninja on the item "Freezing Band"

There was this hunter in our LBRS group named Arroe who, when the boe epic Freezing Band dropped, waited for the whole group to greed and then he ninja the item.
There is no specific rule about such kind of action, but still.
I got a screenshot and the people in my group to support this.

I want the guy banned. This 'ninja' thing in dungeons and raids has to stop.

High value BoE items should be needed. If not everyone needed, I'd probably let them roll and pass it to them if they beat my original roll.

It's not bannable. People should have common sense for things like this

We agreed to greed on the item. He was waiting for the rest of the people to greed so he could need and get the item. Dont back him up. Such behavior should be bannable. Similar stuff have happened in 20 and 40man raids. The staff must take action.
