Once again, use your brain. They not gonna ban you if you log on both accounts and trade some water in main city. What if your neighbor came by and you had some beer when he gave you some magic water? But if you will try multibox, bot detection will catch you in no time.
Even then, I saw someone's stream, where he met in zone for lvl 30+ a guy (warrior), who clearly had priest on /follow which looks like typical multibox for me.
