Irrelevant, you should have just accepted the warning.

Regardless of whether the GM's behavior was "acceptable" or not, you agreed to the ToU when you made an account, it says, right on the account creation page :"Note that by registering, you agree with the ToU and therefore cannot play the innocence card when breaking a rule."

It is your fault, and no one else, that you agreed to the ToU without reading it first.

The only odd thing is the "all 3 run in circles or all three gets a final warning", that's just weird. Its a task that is aimed to be impossible I suppose but since it is impossible the way it is phrased makes it seem like when they inevitably fail to do so, even the non-boxer will get a warning. Obviously this isn't the case.

However, that doesn't mean that the GM is baiting you into account sharing. Just that you will fail the task. Then the both 60s would have a final warning but otherwise be fine. (As the GM clearly determined those chars where the ones multiboxing.) Asking a friend to log in to account share was a huge mistake. Both because account sharing is against the rules and because it looks like you are trying to trick the GM into thinking that there really were 3 players on the account.
