He had three choices.
1. Ask someone in game whether or not this is part of game mechanics or a hack.
2. Ask on the forums whether or not this is part of game mechanics or a hack.
3. Assume it's a hack without asking and make a "callout" thread on the forums complete with a video of the alleged "hacker". All without actually asking anyone whether or not it is indeed a hack.
