Seeing/doing more content (raids/dungeons/max level area)
If none of that sounds interesting you can just re-roll & start leveling again. I had a friend on retail during vanilla & BC who would regularly level new characters as a way to experience new classes, professions, zones etc until he reached max level, then start again.
