Your formulation of this question is beyond horrible.

The answer is that it depends on when you poll and what sample you use. If any priest goes then shadow will almost certainly be the answer at any point in history. Given that it is the most common leveling spec by far and most chars never made it to max level.

If we instead look at raidhealers then the answer becomes disc/holy pre 1.9 when Meditation was deep disc and Spiritual Healing was early holy. Then post 1.9 holy/disc when Meditation was early disc and Spiritual Healing was deep holy.

Not only this one, but the majority of them are plain stupid.

- Two paladin specific questions, one of which would hardly be considered general knowledge to anyone who didn't personally play a paladin in vanilla.

-Weather effects were introduced during a vanilla patch, so...?

-Tried to google that Chuck Norris npc and found literally nothing, except mentions of Barrens chat.

So many things wrong with the op in general. Playing after patch x in vanilla doesn't count as ~actual~ vanilla? Not remembering stupid memes more than 10 years later means you haven't played vanilla? Not watching some stupid video of people wiping in UBRS means you haven't played vanilla?

Ask them this 10 questions :

1- what was the function of meeting stones in vanilla ?
2- how did seal of righteousness work in vanilla ?
3- what was famous world pvp zone ?
4- what spec was played mostly by priests ?
5- what was the famous meme for hunters ?
6- what was called paladins in vanilla ?
7- where was leeroy jenkins event recorded ?
8- how was the weather in vanilla ?
9- which mob was called chuk norris and where he stood ?
10- what was most cheating spot to kill world bosses ?

if they don't know at least 6 answers .. they never played vanilla and they have no idea what it used to be in vanilla.

i will bite your bait wotlk baby

1. no function at all (until TBC patch), they were supposed to be Summoning Stones and were named as such but since devs were lazy and didnt implement the summoning ability they had to rename them back to Meeting stones after many players were whining that stones were bugged.

2. No idea because i didnt play Alliance in vanilla

3. Hillsbrad, Arathi and Alterac on Eastern Kingdoms, Feralas and Desolace on Kalimdor (atleast on my server)

4. Shadow because being an edgy emo dark priest was seen as cool by kids.

5. Every weapon is a hunter weapon.

6. Retardins regardless of spec ( but i heard alliance called them buff bots because they were only usefull for giving short duration buffs)

7. UBRS but this wasnt in vanilla and it was staged. (no points for you wotlk baby)

8. Is this supposed to be a trick question? Weather effects were intense in vanilla, in TBC they were reduced and you could only see some of them during small window of time like rain in Thunder Bluff during the night.

9. Saurfang and he stood near the guy for Onyxia head quest turn up. (if alliance raid crits him he retaliates and wipes them all)

10. No idea what this question means

Actually, meeting stones did have a function, they placed anyone who clicked them into a group.

(You'd end up with 5 DPS, so nobody used them.)

This looks fun. Let me try.

1- Never used em.
2- Played Horde.
3- Crossroads / Southshore.
4- Healing. Shadow for PvP.
5- Hunter weapon / Hunter loot.
6- God damnit. Another Alliance only question. Fuck you.
7- Suck it.
8- It was nice until they changed it.
9- This sounds like a third Alliance only question. Horde had Chuck in barrens chat. I'm gonna guess Hogger though. You're gay. Brb making a thread with half the questions Horde specific. Yo dawg. If you don't remember the name of the ability they gave Taurens instead of mounts you didn't play Vanilla. Or how bout What made Huhu an easier boss for the Horde for a brief period of time? Or what did Horde tanks have to do that Alliance tanks never had to. Christ.
10- IDK. Killed where spawned. Did they kite every single world boss to one location to kill on your server? That musta been hard to get Kazzak over the ocean or vice versa.

Edit: Gonna throw an Addendum on here.
Addendum: Re-reading, number three sounds like another Ally only question. There were two. Crossroads in the Barrens and South Shore in Hillsbrad Foothills. World PvP died the day the first battleground was released.
You are not special. No one knows your name. No one will remember your name. Nothing you do will matter. Ever.

Which class did the highest DPS?
Retardin

Which class had the worst bugs?
Retardin

Which class had the highest skill cap?
Retardin

Anyone that answers otherwise didn't play vanilla.

Am I doing it right?
Greatness, at any cost.
