If you want to have a longer queue time, but win almost every game - Horde.
If you want to have a fast queue time, but lose almost every game - Alliance.

Better racials - Horde.
Horde also usually has less afkers and higher ranked ppl in bgs and more real pvpers, Allies mainly have 2-3 afkers every game and lose motivation faster + have lower ranks and mostly random pve heroes.

Premades = you can win no matter what faction you are, obviously.

Pros: Paladins, instant queues, Paladins, also Paladins. I also hear Paladins are pretty good.

Cons: Chinese AFK in every BG

Horde

Pros: Better racials, Shaman

Cons: 20 minute queues, have to fight Paladins, also don't have Paladins

But I'd like to add that active racials beat passive (#rng) racials any time of the day hence the alliance racials are severly underrated.
(Stoneform, Escape Artist, Shadowmeld, Perception can all be of great use and weigh up with WoTF)

No one is saying that those racial are not valorated. Yes, they are, but the point is, those raciar are not as determinant like the horde racials.

For example, some days ago I asked on the forums about if it important the race in alliance if I choose a mage. Most of them, even the guides, say the same: If you want min/max choose gnome because of EA, but is not an important choose, and won't determined as much as if you choose Undead or Troll if you wanna be a Mage in Horde. So, if you are Ally does not matter which race you choose, choose what you like more, because the advantage is minimum. But in horde side does not happen the same.

I sincerely don't think of stoneform as a minimal racial skill. Not only it clears every rogue and warrior dot (including blind) as well as Devouring Plague from shadow priests, while giving you immunity to it, but in my personal case, it's an immediate boost of 720 armor as well.

Read the whole post. I'm not talking about dwarves and all their classes, my case was the mage: humans vs gnomes, and people told me the same what it says in the mages guides: Is not very important, choose the race you like.

Yes, there are some classes in the Alliance where the racials are important, like the Priest (Dwarves) and the Rogue (Humans), and maybe hunter, but meh, NElf Hunters are good too. But those classes, the rest is just meh, does not really matter. And again, this factor, in general, is not as determinant than in Horde side.
