Yeah it's against the TOS to engage pull just to reset if the other faction is assisting. Also hunters can't solo this mob.

The Nost ToU doesn't state anything about leashing. Don't forget that Horde have alliance characters leveled as well doing similar things on their side. Znapper for instance.
