with draw distance brings excess issues that a normal population server wouldn't. notice how combat bugs happen almost all the time during primetime? because the mobs cant see you when you run out of the 5yrd draw distance range. blessing of wisdom mana generation causes threat and silithus mobs that spawn with 0 threat will charge the pally who casted BoW. even if that pally is 2,000yrds away and within cenarion hold....(happens everytime at the twilight camps, very comical seeing it happen)
the delay activation on the windstone mobs are non-existant. this is the same mechanic that twin emps will have to do every 30s during a teleport swap. that is if they can even see the other emperor during primetime population. also consider the same nef phase 2 detection script will be the same one for twins everytime they teleport for determining initial threat on closest target.
teleport -> inactive for 3s -> engage.
I expect the same issues that feenix had for that encounter.
AQ20 was mostly complete in open beta, but the rajaxx npc scripts/encounter was completely non-existent or blizzlike.
we all saw how the 1.8 release was. imagine releasing the AQ world event (lots of things going on here) the scripting of the colossi of each hive(no resets, they have persistant HP), the invasions of tanaris and silithus. the attack on cenarion hold, the NPC abilities defending CH, AQ20 release, AQ40 release, as well as a item database update, all bundled into 1. the AQ patch is going to be the biggest patch they ever release on this server. to expect it to be pristine after the recent patches since release, you must be smoking something juicy.
there are a lot of common mangos core issues that even prevent blizzlike boss fights from being scripted here. (mind control & threat transfer for Razuvious will be another key issue) I expect the add taunts and threat to be completely boinked on that fight as well, causing it to be unkillable or razuvious or the adds will sudocharge your priests and 1 shot them(they may also do that random freaking teleport move that mobs tend to do sometimes during primetime or after mind control where they defy collision and just appear in front of their current target). Razuvious may do a perfectly timed interrupting shout on the entire raid too during it.

CCed mobs continue gaining healing threat. this will be a fun encounter on gothik, Kel'thuzad, faerlina.
warrior taunt isn't even considered spell hit atm. it is physical hit now. GL getting 100% guaranteed taunts on 4h with the fish boss trinket not even affecting it.
I honestly don't understand why there wouldn't be boinked scripts when a good portion of the current bugs on the pvp realm are caused by the draw distance and population in itself along with core mangos zero issues. (nef still resets because nef dragon script doesn't see an active player near the landing script passed 25 yrds)
we'll see though. I eagerly await PTR testing and giving Nano a hard time.
