You guys have no idea... Russia is not really secure when in comes to these kind of digital rights and wouldn't really be a win for the server. Same thing would probably happen. And this doesn't really have much to do with EU. As it is right now, Holland and Sweden are the most secure places when it comes to such digital creative rights. Where is The Pirate Bay from again? (There might be other countries sure)

Russian Private Server Valkyrie has been online in Russia for ten years or so and Blizzard have not been able to shut them down.

Basically, what happened is the Russians took Blizzard's complaints and fed them to their bears.

valkyrie never had 13k players like this server, valkyrie means nothing for blizzard cause is a death low populated server
