I don't want Blizzard to ever make silly cash shop legacy servers. The only thing I want is Nost. Not saying I don't respect people who feel differently, but Nost Vanilla was actually a lot more fun than live Vanilla. I guess if Blizzard released legacy servers with 10k+ pop, no cash shop, and no LFG (yeah, they prob would) that would be cool, but I really don't see it happening. Nost devs are principled and committed to the community. ActiBlizzard is all about that bottom line. Don't blame them for this, they're an enterprise. The people who actually have a say in what happens at Blizzard probably spend most of their time looking at line graphs and quarterly figures.

Adding all those things are not a guarantee that they will make more money tho, as they will piss of one crowd to please another, if they do set up legacy servers they would be retarded to add such crap, because thats one of the main reasons many left and got fed up in the first place.

Melak and others, what Blizz did with Diablo is disturbing. You know the modern remake into Diablo 1 in the D3 engine. I pray they do not do this but it shows Blizzard and its Devs want to leave their stamp on any remake. I suspect they will make major changes as far as how far they'd go I don't know. Rest assured changes will be made, Legacy will not be pure.

Which is fine by me. I would not be opposed to summing stones the chain fears/sheep/sap bullshit. I just hope they don't go wild.

They also talked about the 'fossils' warcraft 1 and 2. New team has no respect for the games that made Blizzard great and is fucking everything up.

The dream was denied a long time ago. You shouldn't just be waking up now. It's been obvious since the shutdown they never had any intention of doing anything for Legacy. I wouldn't be counting on Nostalrius coming back either. You should be looking towards the future, which might be good on Crestfall one day.

Go on the Crestfall forums and read the first paragraph of their FAQ page. Crestf- I mean Shitfall is just as bad as a Blizzard vanilla server. Nostalrius or bust.

That whole diablo thingy is laughable, they will make some levels look similar in d3 compared to d1, change nothing in terms of game mech or heroes etc and call it a remaster or something?
