I fail to see where Nano wrote that launch will be delayed until all those things will be fixed. He made a list of high-priority things for the team to focus on, and shared it with the community so that the players know we are aware of them and working on them.

Yes, Nano used the word "prior", but in the general sense of working on stuff before launch, not in any other context. Please do not jump to conclusions and kindly do not spread baseless rumours.
