No I really doubt it has anything to do with you being level 10. That's usually a pretty prime level for people to sit around chatting and making pugs. I mean, if you cant get at least a half dozen level 60's to help you complete the majority of your starter quests, give you at least 10 gold, and invite you to their raiding guild by level 10 then its most likely indicative of the entire server pop being rude jerks. Would not roll pve. Thanks for the warning.
See?! That's what i'm saying Good sir! I'm already level 12 and on my marry way to a level 5 alt! And by all means, where is my free starting kit?! Honestly it's totally worth just rolling here on the peak hours / weekends untill they fix the mass pop on PVP server
