A Picture like the 1 you upload is not enough proof for blacklisting a person. i can by no means on this picture see that the guy is actually doing something wrong.
Adding to this i prefer that people will use contact on mail or skype. Thank you.

I'd say video proof should be a near must for this kind of shit.

We require very good proof for adding people to this list, Videos is very nice to use as a proof. How ever, for the only guy that is actually on th list right now, we have 5 pictures which is open for everyone to see. The Pictures shows the person actually admitting it, and this is why he went straight to the list without we having to dig further into the case.

Now if you could turn this great idea into an addon, that would be swell.

Turning it into an addon would be a very great update for blacklisting. How ever it will take much effort to do it, but it is a thing we will consider.
