The OP is overreacting. All the problems he says are vapor. I found a lot of people who can I speak in english. The lag is not high, I can do PvP, BGs and find group for dungeons easily.

Ever notice that the server population is at its trough during server nighttime, when USA has just on, and EU is about to go to sleep, and china is asleep? Both western demographics are online, and the population is barely 6K.

Server daytime, when EU is at work/school, and china is online, the population is 12K+. Barrens mobs are competed for by 2-3 groups of 5 players each, yet chat is far (far) slower than when the population is 50% of what it is then. The reason for this is that the majority of the players in barrens at this time don't speak english. Any time you group for something, the party chat is full of blank text and [1/3] [2/3] [3/3]! [3/3]!

Clearly for an English speaking server, this is unusual

All the players I met, all of them speak english. Maybe they are not native english speakers, like me, but they speak good english and they were not acting like some chinese bot or farmboy or whatever. All of this are only racist impressions, and it is normal for people from USA, who can not see China, as I said, there is an ideology and political reason for that. Donald Trump is doing a damn good job over there.

You have to understand that Nost is not an North American or Europe server. Is a World server, and it allows people of all the world, including China, play WoW Vanilla. They have the same right than you to play this game. Maybe the problem is people like you, who thinks that this people are only allowed to manufacturate your iPhones.
