Except we had gold sellers and botters on the server almost as soon as we launched, while the Asian playerbase was still tiny. The only way to really get rid of the problem is for people to stop buying gold or power-leveling. As long as there is a market, there will be those willing to satisfy that market regardless of what we do. For similar phenomenon, look at the global drug trade.
