As long as they keep their filthy hands off the main branch I'm fine with whatever they end up doing. I just don't want anyone reputable to have to deal with the (anti-)quality of code that their guys are capable of delivering.
Mind you, this is the development team's work so far:
- Pesthuf:
https://github.com/Pesthuf?tab=activity /
http://repos.io/user/github/Pesthuf/contributing/ (which makes this guy the only person on the team who at least knows something)
- Tekiro:
http://www.ac-web.org/forums/showthread ... rcraft-mod like I already posted, it's just some herp-derp-anti-blizzlike-server guy who thinks he knows how to code

ponylover, who has troubles working with Laravel (which is an open-source PHP framework) and has like 200 notes on the web asking for help.
Lol, people who go to that server are in for the ride of their life, and not in a good way. That is NOT going to work and they're not going to be capable of maintaining the Nostarlius codebase. For example, here is my Github
https://github.com/HelloKitty and I'd have to say it's unlikely that I could properly inherit Nostarlius' codebase.
First of all, not really a C/C++ man and if people are realistic with themselves they should know it'd take a long time to become fully comfortable with: WoW client, JAM Protocol, Packet and what each does and looks like, Networking, Building game servers at scale and etc. There are some of the many things Nostarlius had to be capable of to deliver the experience here.
A learning webdeveloper, some guy with some single fork of someone's software and like a post on a pull request, and someone who's lightly dabbled in custom WoW stuff are not going to be the devlopers you want to manage your future.
