Can a GM at least give a response - only to help share what's on the mind of the staff at Nostalrius? I am not personally requesting any kind of server - but only ask that information be shared to at least let us know how the Nostalrius staff are viewing this situation. What is the possibility of a new server that is not based around a specific GMT? Are there other solutions? Does the staff even see this as a problem? Please respond, help keep us updated.

On another topic, as you have already noticed, server population on the PVP realm increased by 2.000 players in only ~2 weeks. Dev. Team is working since more than a week now on a new software's evolution which will decrease (or suppress) lag that some players may encounter when server reach more than 10.5K players online. Stay tuned for more information soon !

Yeah, the answer is "LET THE POP GROW TO A BLIZZ-LIKE AND TOTALLY FUNCTIONING INFINITE and we'll do our best to keep it lag free."

Because that's the only problem y'all have with the pop, right?
If half the people upset about the pop issues moved to Kronos, we'd have 2 overpopulated, well-functioning Vanilla servers instead of one overpopulated, lagfilled, resource barren, mob raped server and perfectly good empty server.

But until people leave, I'm sticking with the pop. I play for the social aspect overall, sorry Kronos.

13k on in my evenings (Shanghai time zone) I can't get any mailboxes or flight masters to load in Iron Forge during peak time. Close the server to new accounts and make them go to the PvE.

This won't help at all. I'm more concerned about the mob and low lvl raping than the lags or loading npc issues or similar.
13k is way too much. Split it.
