i heared nostalrius staff will parmaban all retri, eleshaman, enhshaman, feral, oomkin, tankpala, hunter, arcane mage and other useless classes if the server gets 12k active player to make space for good player.
Is that true?

No, but trolls will be perma-banned. Especially those on the forums.
