Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

This has probably been brought up a thousand times, and I've tried filtering the forums for Latency Fixes but to no avail.

My ping is 197-205, specifically because I live in Alaska, and I'm pretty well used to having ping in the 110-130 range which is entirely managable, but at 200 it's a bit rediculous.

I've tried a few things. Battleping (Doesn't support private servers), Leatrix Latency Fix (Either a hoax, doesn't work for me in particular, or I did it wrong.), a VPN.

None of these worked, so I'm curious if any other US West players have found a work around for the latency. I mean regardless I'm still going to play, lag or no lag, Nostalrius is 100% better then anything live can offer right now.

Any tips/suggestions are welcome, thanks!

Try something like Pingzapper, WTFast etc. There is usually a free trial period att the beginning so you can install & check it out at no cost. I used to live in Hawaii and 200 isn't bad, tbh (depending on what ur doing)

So much hate man, why troll this post? And yes ping can be lowered using tunnel services, how ever if your ping is greater then 250 I wouldn't bother. Tunnel services can't greatly improve a 5k mile distance if ping is reasonable. The AU player see a significant improvement but they tend to start at 400 ping or so.

Your ping is fine for the sheer distance you're from the server, try a trial account and try to meet in the middle. Ping a NY server and see how much that cuts your ping when connecting across the Atlantic.
